The showcase highlights the achievements and extraordinary efforts of PAHRA members and demonstrates the diversity of activities involved in providing affordable housing, improving lives, and revitalizing communities throughout Pennsylvania. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE OPERATION OF
NORTHAMPTON COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY

INVITATION

The Northampton County Housing Authority with the management offices located in Emmaus, PA (NCHA) invites proposals from qualified entities to partner with NCHA and provide program management services for the operation of NCHA programs. NCHA will consider proposals that clearly demonstrate knowledge of all State, local and requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules, and regulations.
