Housing Authority of the City of Erie – Request for Qualifications for Developer Partner/Professional Affordable Housing Consultant – Indefinite Quantity Contract (2026-2030)

The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Professional Affordable Housing Consulting Firms to perform various developmental supportive services associated with the preservation of existing and development of new Affordable Housing units.
