Housing Choice Voucher portability was designed to expand opportunity and mobility, but in today’s environment, it is placing increasing strain on public housing authorities in both large and small communities.  Join us for an interactive roundtable that will explore the challenges of portability, including rising costs, administrative burdens, and impacts on leasing and program sustainability.  Participants will review current data, share agency experiences, and discuss practical, real-world strategies.
