Cumberland County Housing & Redevelopment Authorities seek a detail-oriented, organized individual to work with limited supervision as a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Housing Program Specialist to administer and implement homeownership and residential rehabilitation programs conducted by the Authority and non-profit organizations with which the CCHRA is contracted.

An understanding of lending, real estate transactions, and income qualification is preferred.  Current PHFA and/or HUD Certified Housing Counselor or the willingness to acquire certification through Authority-paid training within a reasonable time is required.  Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the willingness to work approximately two evenings a month to conduct Homebuyer Workshops off-site is required.
