Cumberland County Housing & Redevelopment Authorities are seeking an energetic, highly-organized professional to manage the compliance process for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Continuum of Care, and other state and federally funded programs. The Compliance Specialist will manage the sub-recipient monitoring, prepare annual grant performance reviews, assist in development of the annual action plan and lead labor compliance and Fair Housing activities.
A Bachelor’s degree with major course work in city or regional planning, public administration, or a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required. At least one year of experience in a community development or special needs services is also desirable. Some direct experience with federal programs (CDBG, HOME, ESG, etc.) is preferred.
