Congratulations HUD-VASH Funding Recipients
HUD has awarded $2.3 million through the HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) Program to public housing authorities in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Nearly $500,000 of those funds will help 85 homeless veterans through the efforts of 13 PHAs in Pennsylvania.
The HUD-VASH Program combines rental assistance with case management and clinical services through a partnering VA medical facility. Congratulations to the following HUD-VASH recipients:
- Adams County Housing Authority partnering with Lebanon VA – 5 vouchers ($21,741)
- Allegheny County Housing Authority partnering with Pittsburgh Health Care System – 3 vouchers ($15,948)
- Allentown Housing Authority partnering with Wilkes Barre VA – 6 vouchers ($32,900)
- Bucks County Housing Authority partnering with Philadelphia VA – 5 vouchers ($40,340)
- Clarion County Housing Authority partnering with Butler VA – 5 vouchers ($18,379)
- Franklin Housing Authority partnering with Martinsburg VA – 5 vouchers ($17,418)
- Harrisburg Housing Authority partnering with Lebanon VA – 6 vouchers ($33,961)
- Housing Authority of Indiana County partnering with Altoona VA – 4 vouchers ($15,216)
- Philadelphia Housing Authority partnering with Philadelphia VA – 25 vouchers ($193,200)
- Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh partnering with Pittsburgh Health Care System – 3 vouchers ($16,467)
- Washington County Housing Authority partnering with Pittsburgh Health Care System – 6 vouchers ($26,914)
- Wilkes Barre Housing Authority partnering with Wilkes Bare VA – 6 vouchers ($35,791)
- York Housing Authority partnering with Labanon VA – 6 vouchers ($28,898)
