Pennsylvania Downtown Center provides outreach, technical assistance, and educational services in order to assist communities in revitalizing their central business districts and surrounding residential neighborhoods.

The Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (PAHRA) is an affiliation of Pennsylvania’s housing authorities, redevelopment authorities, community development agencies and nonprofit corporations.
