The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct an Energy Audit pursuant to HUD requirements 24 CFR 965.305 (B).  This will be a competitive proposal with the scoring/evaluation criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).  The RFP  can be downloaded from the HACE website:  www.hace.org.  A Pre-submission meeting followed by site visits will be held on December 12, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.  Sealed proposals must be received at the Housing Authority Administrative Offices, 606 Holland Street, Erie, PA 16501, by 10:30 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
