The Housing Authority of the City of York (YHA), located in York, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Deputy Executive Director to perform administrative work assisting in directing and coordinating comprehensive housing programs and to serve as top assistant to the Executive Director.  The YHA operates as a City and County Housing Authority.

YHA programs include:  HCV (over 1530 units, including SRO vouchers, enhanced vouchers, and over 1400 HCV), Public Housing (over 1000 units for elderly and families), Turnkey III Homeownership, four tax credit developments for families (195 units combined), and new construction and redevelopment activities as well.

Preferred candidate will have: Juris Doctorate Degree from an American Bar Association approved law school and experience with a non-profit, public agency and/or law firm. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
