RFQ – Developer Partner / Professional Affordable Housing Consultant – Housing Authority of the City of Erie
Housing Authority of the City of Erie – Request for Qualifications for Developer Partner/Professional Affordable Housing Consultant – Indefinite Quantity Contract (2026-2030)
The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Professional Affordable Housing Consulting Firms to perform various developmental supportive services associated with the preservation of existing and development of new Affordable Housing units.
An electronic copy (PDF) of the Request for Qualification solicitation documents can be obtained from HACE via the website at https://www.hace.org/request-for-proposals/. Interested respondents can view the documents at the HACE – Administration Office located at 606 Holland Street, Erie, PA 16501. Questions may be directed to Renée M. Lamis, Director of Development, at lamisr@hace.org.
