ANDREW FRENCH HONORED AS RECIPIENT OF 2025 C. RILEY STOY AWARD

Andrew French, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette, was recognized at the 2025 CD&H Practitioners’ Conference as recipient of the C. Riley Stoy Community Development Award.

This honor is awarded to an individual who has displayed commitment to improving communities through federal funding received from DCED. The individual is recognized as having made significant impact through promoting and participating in activities to improve community/economic development, housing and/or homelessness on a local, regional, and/or statewide basis.
