FUNDING OPPORTUNITY – CONTINUUM OF CARE BUILDS

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development announces a notice of funding opportunity of $75 million for the Continuum of Care Builds (CoCBuilds) grants program.

Public Housing Authorities, City, County, or Township governments and non-profits are eligible to apply.  Deadline for application submission is June 26, 2025.

CoC Builds provides funding for construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of new units of PSH specifically for individuals and families experiencing homelessness where one member of the household has a disability.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – FEE ACCOUNTANT

McKean County Housing Authority (MCHA) will accept proposals from accounting firms to provide monthly and year-end close assistance, unaudited FDS submission and consulting services as needed. The term of the possible contract will be for the remainder of FYE 9/30/2025, with options to extend the agreement annually for FYE 9/30/2026 and FYE 9/30/2027. McKean County Housing Authority is projecting to execute a contract with the beginning date of July 1, 2025. All services must be provided in accordance with the existing rules, orders, directives, regulations AND handbooks promulgated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The services that are requested will be as follows and will encompass all of the Housing Authority’s programs including, but not limited to: Public Housing (344 units), Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program – 468 vouchers, Project Based Voucher (PBV) Program (72 units – RAD conversion), Capital Fund Programs, Repositioning and all other grant programs as awarded.

Commonwealth Cornerstone Group Opens New Market Tax Credit – Request for Interest
