Senator Lindsey Williams is circulating a memo to move forward an amendment relating to the Housing Authority Realty Transfer Tax, which will benefit housing authorities and redevelopment authorities across the Commonwealth.

PAHRA is in support of this amendment and we are asking PAHRA members to contact your State Senators requesting their support and co-sponsorship of the Housing Authority Realty Transfer Tax Amendment, in the hopes that it can be included in this year’s budget process.
